Ask a new question. Lots of my colleagues do but I don't and it's a bit annoying - I've tried the downloaded app and the web version but it still isn't there. Please check the below link to change your virtual background.

Is there any way I will be able to see it? I am on a chromebook laptop, I don't know if that makes a difference. Below is what I see when I follow the guide you linked.
